- Tax clearance from Revenue (or an application under way)
- Public liability and, where relevant, professional indemnity insurance
- The registrations your trade requires (e.g. Safe Electric/RECI, NTA, FSAI, CAR travel licence)
- Clear written quotes, and GDPR-compliant data handling
- Reliable response to urgent repairs
