1. About these terms
This website, eirebaile.com, is operated by Adv. Shoeb Hakim, trading as ÉireBaile (company registration in progress) (“ÉireBaile”, “we”, “us”). Contact: getintouch@eirebaile.com.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Pre-launch status
ÉireBaile is pre-launch. The services described on this site are planned and may change, be delayed or not proceed. Nothing on this site is:
- an offer to provide accommodation or any other service;
- a booking, reservation or guarantee of availability, price or dates; or
- a request for payment.
We are not taking bookings, deposits or payments. If anyone asks you for money in ÉireBaile’s name, please do not pay and tell us at getintouch@eirebaile.com.
Any future service will be provided only under a separate written agreement, which will set out its own terms.
3. Submitting forms
When you submit an enquiry, interest registration or vendor registration:
- it is free and creates no obligation for you or for us;
- you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to give it (for example, on behalf of your employer);
- registering as a vendor does not guarantee that you will be invited to quote or awarded work; and
- indicating that you are open to a Letter of Intent does not commit you to sign one.
We handle the personal data you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Using the site
You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- submit false information, or information about another person without their permission;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or data, or introduce viruses or malicious code; or
- scrape, copy or reuse the site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The ÉireBaile name, logo, text and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
6. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the site accurate and up to date, but because ÉireBaile is pre-launch, descriptions, locations and timings are indicative only. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.
7. Links to other websites
Links to other websites (for example government or regulatory sites) are provided for information. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, given that the site is free to use and describes planned services only.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time, in particular when our Irish company is registered. The “last updated” date shows the current version.
